week 26: easter fun

We had an Easter egg hunt at my sister's house, the girl's loved it and are really into the whole process of dying eggs and hunting them. I forgot to take our camera so these are just a couple that I took from my phone.

Annie had a rough day and that's why she looks like such a mess. She was riding with Ben on his scooter he has for his ankle and he braked and she went forward and hit her head on metal and cut it really bad and bled everywhere. It scared us all pretty bad. So she looks like a mess but she had a good day after she was all cleaned up.

These are Annie's hand's after dying them the picture doesn't show really how bright blue they actually were. thankfully they came off in the bath.

Oh yeah, Deacon was there too but he didn't make it in any of the pictures, here's a random picture I took of him the other day that I think is really cute.

Emily Recital

Here is a video from Emily's first dance recital. I'm having a hard time getting the other video to load but hopefully I will be able to get it on soon. Close to the end of the song she sees her friend who came to watch and starts waving and yelling her name.

Emily LOVES for us to turn Pandora on the tv and listen to songs, a few days ago I made this video of her dancing.

week twenty-five: all bundled up!

This was supposed to be the prompt in a few weeks and I for sure thought I was going to have to do something else because the weather has been so nice here and that they wouldn't have to get bundled up again, but last night it snow A LOT so it worked out perfect.

The girls love the snow and were so excited to go outside and play.
Deacon seemed so confused and uncomfortable to have so much stuff on...But i finally got him to smile.

For some Annie refuses to wear her coat and will only wear her jacket, they weren't outside too long before she was freezing.

week 24: creativity

Today we made tambourine and these are picture of the girls playing with theirs...
I wasn't sure how to do this with Deacon but I gave him a pen and a piece of paper to see what happened. He got a tiny, tiny line on the paper and a bigger line on his face!

Week 23: Laughing

this week is of the kids laughing, so i decided to take pictures of them laughing while i was tickling them. deacon didn't really laugh much so these are more pictures of him smiling. and the kids are all sick so they have little red faces.


emily was really easy to get to laugh and laughed a lot!
annie... not so much. she pretty much fake laughed the whole time.
